On April 28th, the House will begin debate on its version of the FY26 State Operating Budget. Please contact your State Representative by Monday, April 28 to request co-sponsorship of six important amendments:
- #559, to expand the Conservation Land Tax Credit (CLTC) (filed by Minority Leader Jones)
- #1485, to increase funding for the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (filed by Rep. Sabadosa)
- #422, to increase funding for DCR State Parks and Recreation (filed by Rep. Barber)
- #129, to increase funding for the Division of Ecological Restoration (filed by Rep. Meschino)
- #1448, to increase funding for the Department of Environmental Protection (filed by Rep. Dave Rogers)
- #689, to increase funding for the Department of Energy Resources (filed by Rep. Owens)
