If you or landowners you work with have benefited from the Conservation Land Tax Credit, please tell the legislature! The tax credit has helped make many land conservation projects affordable for municipalities, land trusts, and landowners who would not otherwise be in position to consider a bargain sale or donation of land. Tell the story of how the tax credit helped close a project and how your community has benefited -- whether through increased public access to outdoor recreation; preservation of treasured vistas; or permanent protection of farmland, forests and wildlife habitat.
