Jen's goal is to help land trusts strengthen their internal capacity so they can focus on their core mission. She provides organizational development consulting to build clarity, capacity, and systems that support long-term conservation success. She has worked on staff at a small land trust and a national conservation organization, as a board member of an all-volunteer land trust, and as the New England lead at the Land Trust Alliance, where she supported land trusts across a wide range of size and capacity. This allows her to meet organizations where they are and provide support that reflects their constraints and opportunities.
