The Guides for Equitable and Actionable Resilience (GEAR) is a Massachusetts climate resilience planning platform developed by ResilientMass. GEAR provides communities with access to data and guidance to assess climate change impacts, explore local vulnerability, and identify actions and case studies to support equitable and actionable resilience planning.
