This position monitors sanctuaries and CRs, performs land management tasks, engages with landowners to resolve issues, and represents Orenda in the community. Equally important, the person in this role oversees all aspects of terrapin protection, monitoring, data collection, volunteer engagement, and public education related to the species.
The person in this role participates in the Land & Wildlife Committee, collaborates closely with volunteers and partner organizations, and serves as a primary ambassador for Orenda’s mission, wildlife initiatives, and community outreach.
