Katy joined MLTC in June 2026 from the Groton Conservation Trust, where she was Director of Programs and Operations since 2019. Katy has deep roots in conservation, with a career that began as a naturalist and has included roles in advocacy, research, and consulting. She has extensive experience in nonprofit management and strategic planning, complementing her strong ties to Massachusetts and understanding of its diverse communities. She holds a BS in Natural Resource Studies from University of Massachusetts Amherst and a graduate certificate in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. In her free time, Katy enjoys volunteering for her local school system, traveling with her family, and experimenting in her garden.
