Lisa has over 30 years of experience working in the protection and stewardship of natural and historic areas across the United States. Most recently she served as the Executive Director of the Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT), a regional land trust that protects natural areas and farmland in a 36-community region between Boston and Worcester.
Before joining SVT in 2013, Lisa held positions as the Vice President of Sustainability for The Trustees of Reservations in Massachusetts, a Regional Land Manager with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, an environmental educator on Thompson Island in Boston Harbor, and as a forestry technician for the US Forest Service in Utah. Lisa holds a Masters in Forest Science from Yale University and a B.S. in Biology from Carleton College.
