Highstead is recruiting a full-time Communications and Events intern. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position, with the expectation that the intern works from the office in Redding, CT, one day/week. Applications must be submitted by June 14. The Conservation Intern will support Highstead’s Conservation Program for 14 weeks from September 3 to December 6, 2024. The intern will receive a stipend of $15 per hour.
This position’s major focus will be supporting the Regional Conservation Partnership (RCP) Network Gathering, an in-person conference for over 200 regional conservation practitioners. The conference will be held at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst on November 14. Attendance at the event is mandatory.
