ACEP-ALE is the Agricultural Land Easement (ALE) component Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP). It is a voluntary federal conservation program implemented by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) that protects private agricultural land from conversion to non-agricultural uses.
