Emily is the Senior Policy Manager for The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts. Since joining the team in 2018, she has worked with state and federal legislators, agencies, and partners to advance land and water conservation and climate funding and policy. Prior to TNC, Emily led international and local-level conservation work in roles at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the Chesapeake Conservancy. She holds a Master of Environmental Management degree in Ecosystem Science and Conservation from Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment, a degree in Biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland, and executive education in conservation finance.
