Rachel is Chief of Staff at Wildlands Trust, the regional land trust for Southeastern Massachusetts. She has built her conservation career interacting with and educating people in a variety of outdoor settings in Massachusetts, Oregon and Minnesota. She started at Wildlands Trust as a TerraCorps member in 2014 before moving into positions as programming coordinator & educator, outreach & education manager, director of special projects, and now chief of staff. She oversees the D.W. Field Park Initiative in Brockton and the outreach team at Wildlands, working to improve access to nature in environmental justice communities and increase the organizational capacity and regional impact of Wildlands Trust. She holds a degree in environmental science from UMass Amherst.
