The focus of this call will be "Membership Programs: Yes? No? Alternatives?". Some organizations have membership programs, others don't. Some are moving away from a membership model. Why? What alternatives are there? Come share your experiences, questions, and suggestions.
These informal one-hour discussions are intended for staff and board members of non-profit land conservation organizations, with a focus on exchanging information on topics of common interest. Conversation is facilitated by MLTC or guest hosts. Sessions are not recorded.
