Stewardship Team Leader

Position Summary
The Stewardship Team Leader is responsible for identifying, planning and executing stewardship activities at 17 properties across central Massachusetts and managing a small team. These properties feature unique and diverse landscapes; including an urban park, a Trustees office building, large grassland fields, sensitive ecological habitat, woodland trail systems, a campground, and historic property features. The Stewardship Team Leader will provide site-based leadership for all day-to-day operations on properties, including maintenance, project oversight, monitoring, enforcement of regulations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Stewardship Team Leader position is primarily field based, with some office administrative tasks.
