Coastal Project Manager

The Coastal Project Manager is a new position created to support a growing Coast and Natural Resources Team at The Trustees. Having launched the second in a series of State of the Coast reports for Massachusetts, the Project Manager enters the organization at an exciting time with strong support from our partners and the community to implement coastal resilience and restoration projects. The Coastal Project Manager will support several projects already underway as well as pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and grant funding. Project types are expected to include saltmarsh restoration and expansion (primary), beach nourishment and erosion control, flood and storm resiliency, and other innovative projects to sequester carbon and protect natural resources. This role requires an educational background in natural resources along with 5 years of project management experience. Successful candidates will have experience in and dedication to coastal habitat restoration and climate change resilience.
