Exhibit at the MassLand Conservation Conference
There are 30 exhibitor spots for the conference. Sponsors of the conference have first priority and have until mid-February to sign up for tables. A limited number of spaces will be available to non-sponsoring entities after mid February. Those spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for other organizations with land conservation or environmental missions. As of February 20, 2019 all exhibitor spaces are occupied and we are no longer able to take additional reservations. Please note: exhibitors must register separately for the conference at www.massland.org/conference.

Registration for exhibitor space will be offered at the rates listed below:
Prime Space Registration Rates:
- For-Profit Non-Member: $250
- Nonprofit Non-Member: $200
- MassLand Business Member: $200
- MassLand Nonprofit Member: $150
If you are part of a nonprofit organization with a conservation mission and wish to request a free space in a low traffic area, please fill out the Exhibitor Registration form and return to Cynthia Henshaw. MassLand will notify exhibitors, in the order that registration forms are received, if a free space is available two weeks before the conference. Requests are first come, first served. Note: All free spaces are located in a lower traffic area.
