The result of months of negotiations between the House and Senate, this bill sets the Massachusetts' 2050 emissions limit to the new global standard – net zero – and defines a transparent process for achieving them. It also codifies critical environmental justice language and makes natural and working lands part of our climate strategy. Read a full summary of the bill here.
